Freja’s mission is to develop each individual property successfully so that increases in value and net profit go hand in hand with quality in urban development and architecture.

The values:
target-orientation, quality, integrity, profitability and sustainability are an underlying premise for our actions and decisions, at the same time as our activities are based on openness and credibility. The values express our behaviour and identity and serve as a fundamental management tool that creates a joint framework for the most appropriate actions in a given situation.
Furthermore, our set of values serves as the foundation for an attractive workplace where the values help us determine our behaviour in a way that offers flexibility and responsibility to each employee. Freja’s culture is based on a spirit of value and performance orientation, which clearly communicates to our stakeholders who we are and what we represent.
Target-orientation: In our understanding of target-orientation, the financial aspect goes hand in hand with the softer perspective. We are oriented towards the target of increasing the value of our property portfolio, and at the same time we have a target-oriented focus on the sustainability of the properties in the widest sense of the term and on our interaction with the surrounding community.
Quality: We endeavour to create a framework ensuring architectural quality and quality in our work as a whole; this is also a means to creating added value.
Integrity: We stand by our actions and pursue the solutions we consider the best, also if at first they encounter opposition from our surroundings.
Profitability: We strive towards the highest possible financial profit over time. We consider the architectural quality in the development of our properties a highly important element in the increase in value and creation of the optimum solutions for our property portfolio.
